1. About the service

Masjid to Masjid is a global directory and information platform. It helps people discover masjids, view prayer and Iqamah times, learn about communities, and connect with them. We are an information service — not a religious authority. We do not appoint, rank, or endorse any masjid, scholar, school of thought, or interpretation, and we do not issue religious rulings.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Who may use the service

You may browse the site freely. To submit a masjid, video, or leadership profile, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that masjid or office and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Submissions & content

• Moderation-first: submissions are reviewed and must be approved by our Central Committee before they are published.
• Your responsibility: you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.
• Licence to publish: by submitting content for publication, you grant Masjid to Masjid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit for clarity, caption, publish, embed, and share the approved content on the website, our official YouTube channel, and our official social-media pages, for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
• Removal: we may decline, edit, or remove any content that breaches these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or that we believe is inaccurate, unlawful, or harmful.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorised information, or impersonate any masjid, office, or person;
• Post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sectarian, or politically inflammatory content, or attacks on any community;
• Violate the privacy or dignity of worshippers (see our Community Guidelines);
• Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape data without permission;
• Infringe anyone's intellectual-property or other rights.

6. Verification & accuracy

We verify submissions before publishing and strive for accuracy, but information is provided by masjids and third parties and may change or contain errors. We do not guarantee that any listing, schedule, or profile is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm important details (such as prayer times) with the masjid directly.

7. Prayer times

Calculated prayer timings are provided as a convenience and may vary by calculation method, location data, scholarly opinion, and local masjid practice. They are not a religious ruling. Please follow the verified schedule of your local masjid or consult a qualified scholar. See our Disclaimer.

8. Donations

Masjid to Masjid does not process donations. All donation links direct you to the masjid's own official, verified channel. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any donation, its processing, refunds, or receipts. See our Donations & Transparency Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Masjid to Masjid name, logo, and the design and original content of the site are owned by us or our licensors. Content submitted by masjids remains theirs, licensed to us as described above. You may not copy or reuse the site's branding or design without permission.

10. Third-party links

The site links to and embeds third-party services (maps, video, masjid websites, donation channels). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masjid to Masjid and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the site, third-party donation channels, or any published information.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Masjid to Masjid against claims arising from content you submit or from your misuse of the service.

14. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or remove content or access that breaches these Terms.

15. Governing law

16. Changes
